Our award-winning team work with you to ensure that your Office 365 adoption program creates communication and learning assets that can be reused over the long-term.  With this packaged service we can create either a 3 minute live action ‘Introductory’ video content, or a 20 minute screencast ‘learning’ video content that can be used for new starters, those on leave that missed your onsite adoption activities, or as a self-service resource for those who want to brush up on their skills later on.

Who is this engagement for?

Custom digital video productions are for organisations that wish to deliver more focused, tailored messaging or training via video than those provided via the free resources provided by Microsoft

Specifically, organisations who wish to use a custom produced video to either:

  • introduce Office 365 to their workforce, highlighting key use cases or scenarios for the organisation; or
  • provide a self-service training resource for new starters
  • provide a self-service training resource for attendees of on-site training that would like a refresher

 

What will we cover?
In this engagement, we focus on helping your organisation to create purposeful and engaging brand-aligned content that seamlessly fits into your content marketing or training strategy. Our professionally produced presentations will empower your organisation to creatively fuel user adoption and ROI in your technology.

Topics could include, but are not limited to:

  • Introducing the rollout of Office 365
  • Sharing upcoming changes to previous work practices
  • Addressing scenario based pain points and new solutions
  • Sharing new ways of working within specific areas of the business

  • Exploring the benefits of how new devices will be making life easier

What is included?

  • 1 x pre-planning survey (up to 15 questions)
    • Focused on helping us understand the goals and key messages of the video piece
  • 1 x story development call (up to 30 minutes via Skype for Business Video or phone call) to restate our understanding of the key messages to ensure alignment
    • Conducted with a subject matter expert (Adopt & Embrace Adoption Specialist), and our Digital Producer
  • Content planning
    • 1 x 3-minute voice over script & storyboard (for introductory video) OR
    • 12 slide presentation (for screencast learning video)
  • 1 x review cycle of the script or presentation by the customer
    • Feedback required within 2 business days
  • Develop content
    • For 3 minute introductory video – up to 1 x day shoot on site in one metropolitan area
      • Metropolitan areas = within 75 km of the central post office of Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, Auckland or Wellington.
    • For 20-minute learning video – up to 1 x day off-site recording of the presentation, including screencast demonstrations of key learning concepts
  • Editing
    • edit of content to prepare a draft for review
  • 1 x review cycle of the draft edit by the customer 
    • Draft edit available for download from an Office 365 sharing link
    • Feedback required within 2 business days
  • Rework/final edit
    • Note if additional footage needs to be shot due to a change in the script, any costs incurred in the re-shoot including the time of the camera operator will be passed onto the customer
  • Delivery of final content piece
    • HD 720p .wmv format
    • Final edit available for download from an Office 365 sharing link

 

  • Consideration of all our stakeholdeCertified B Corporationrs

    • Community – 1% of your investment in this engagement will be donated to Batyr, a for-purpose organisation that focuses on preventative education in the area of youth mental health
    • Environment – carbon emissions from travel required to deliver this engagement will be offset by GreenFleet

 

What is not included?

  • Animation or any complicated post-production beyond simple titles and lower thirds
  • Publication of content onto any distributed media (USB, DVD etc)
  • Any licensing fees for background music, stock photography or stock video included in the final piece greater than a total of $100

 

What do we need from you?

  • A representative to provide input into content planning and review (up to four hours effort during the project)
  • A representative at the location for any on-site footage that needs to be shot (if required)
  • Access to executives or other key stakeholders you want to include in your introductory video (if required)
  • Assistance with any approvals required to shoot video on-site at your premises or in common spaces in your building (if required)
  • Corporate Identity or Visual Identity Guide
  • High-resolution company logo and copies of other graphical elements in your visual identity if required
  • Clear call to action for participants at the end of the video

 

 

Cancellations / Change of dates

As a small business, we try to be as flexible as we can be to accommodate our customers.  That being said, last minute cancellations and changes to confirmed bookings in our schedule can have a significant impact on our business.  Although cancellations are very rare, date changes do happen from time to time.  We want to make sure you know our policy ahead of time (just in case)

  • Cancellations with at least 30 days notice
    • Cancellation Fee: None
    • Any fees paid will be 100% refunded via the payment method you used, minus any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery

 

  • Cancellations with between 30-15 days notice
    • Cancellation Fee:  We will charge you up to 30% of the total booking + any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery
    • This will be taken from any fees that may have already been paid, the remainder will be invoiced to you

 

  • Cancellations with 14 days notice or less
    • Cancellation Fee:  We will charge you up to 50% of the total booking + any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery
    • This will be taken from any fees that may have already been paid, the remainder will be invoiced to you

 

  • Date changes with at least 14 days notice
    • Change of date Fee:  None (subject to availability of new dates)
    • Note that changes to travel bookings may incur additional charges.  These charges will be passed on to you

 

  • Date changes with 14 days notice or less
    • Change of date Fee:  We will charge you up to 30% of the total booking (subject to availability of new dates)
    • Note that changes to travel bookings may incur additional charges.  These charges will be passed on to you
