What the Future State of Work looks like – Who is this engagement for?

 

The Foundation Story engagement is designed for companies who are at the beginning of their digital transformation journey and aren’t quite sure what the future state of work looks like for their organisation. It is for those who need help to clearly articulate the transformation vision to key stakeholders across the organisation. Specifically, we will focus on the development of your organisational specific ‘future of work’ / internal digital transformation story.

Organisations that need the answer to the following questions:

  • How can we work better together and create a more enticing working environment for our employees and new recruits?
  • How do we ensure we remain competitive and relevant within the evolution to modern workplaces?
  • How do we clearly articulate our transformation vision to key stakeholders across the organisation?

What is included?

    • 1 x kick-off call – Initial call with the Success Program’s Executive Sponsor and stakeholders to understand the high-level story.
    • Story Development – The Development of your organisations ‘future of work’ / internal digital transformation story. Focused effort with your organisation to develop a foundation story to guide:
      o discussion;
      o delivery of; and ultimately
      o adoption and integration of digital workplace services into work practices.
  • Included Activites 
    • Interviews with up to 8 stakeholders (20-40 minutes each)
    • Document notes from interviews
    • Write up the draft story
    • Research as required
    • Review and first round edit of the story
    • Draft for review/approval by the organisation
    • Changes to draft as required
    • Development of graphical elements to help tell the story/alignment to the organisations’ visual identity
    • Final approval of story by the organisation
    • Creation of ‘content chunks’ – different assets to help tell the story
  • Included Assets
    • Deliverable 1 – Executive PowerPoint presentation for delivery by CIO/Partners. (up to 20 slides x PPTX file)
    • Deliverable 2 – Infographic
    • Deliverable 3 – Copy for email / Yammer post or newsletter. (up to 1 page x DOCX File)
  • Consideration of all our stakeholdeCertified B Corporationrs
    (as a Certified B Corporation we think this is really important)

    • Community – 1% of your investment in this engagement will be donated to Batyr, a for-purpose organisation that focuses on preventative education in the area of youth mental health
    • Environment – carbon emissions from travel required to deliver this engagement will be offset by GreenFleet

What is not included?

  • Development of a high-level design or other documentation beyond documentation of the foundation program
  • Handouts or other printed material
  • Any projection or display equipment
  • Any demonstration headsets, laptops or other devices to illustrate use cases
  • Any travel or accommodation required for our specialists to attend site will be passed onto you at cost on your next invoice.

Assumptions.

  • Up to 1 day of graphic design effort to create the organisation specific graphics/frameworks for inclusion in final PowerPoint/infographic deliverables.
  • One review loop for draft content. The organisation will provide feedback in writing within 72 hours.
  • Work to be conducted remotely (where possible). If travel is required, please see note above.

What do we need from you?

  • A contact to engage with to help facilitate logistics of the Foundation program
  • Access to Stakeholders for 1:1 interviews
  • Visual identity or brand guidelines
  • Access to stock video or images of your brand
  • Technology roadmap / strategic plans
  • At least 5 days notice when booking, subject to availability

Cancellations / Change of dates

As a small business, we try to be as flexible as we can be to accommodate our customers.  That being said, last minute cancellations and changes to confirmed bookings in our schedule can have a significant impact on our business.  Although cancellations are very rare, date changes do happen from time to time.  We want to make sure you know our policy ahead of time (just in case)

  • Cancellations with at least 30 days notice
    • Cancellation Fee: None
    • Any fees paid will be 100% refunded via the payment method you used, minus any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery

 

  • Cancellations with between 30-15 days notice
    • Cancellation Fee:  We will charge you up to 30% of the total booking + any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery
    • This will be taken from any fees that may have already been paid, the remainder will be invoiced to you

 

  • Cancellations with 14 days notice or less
    • Cancellation Fee:  We will charge you up to 50% of the total booking + any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery
    • This will be taken from any fees that may have already been paid, the remainder will be invoiced to you

 

  • Date changes with at least 14 days notice
    • Change of date Fee:  None (subject to availability of new dates)
    • Note that changes to travel bookings may incur additional charges.  These charges will be passed on to you

 

  • Date changes with 14 days notice or less
    • Change of date Fee:  We will charge you up to 30% of the total booking (subject to availability of new dates)
    • Note that changes to travel bookings may incur additional charges.  These charges will be passed on to you
