Office 365 Success Program – Who is this engagement for?

The 12 month Office 365 Success Program (big business) is designed to help organisations that want to continue to work towards focusing on and improving specific areas of the business over a 12 month period. Taking the time to create a highly specialised program and building over time. Organisations that are looking for a substantial increase in business practices, profitability and productivity. This is our premium level service.

Organisations that may need answers to the types of following questions:

  • How can we make working together easier?
  • What can we do to decrease reliance on email?
  • How can we create spaces for our project teams to work better together?
  • How can we improve situational awareness for teams across our business?
  • How can Microsoft Teams add value to our organisation?
  • How can we best fix our storage and sharing issue?
  • How can we work remotely and still be effective and connected to the business?

What is included?

  • 1 x kick-off call (up to an hour via Skype for Business Video, Microsoft Teams Video, or phone call) The call will take place prior to attending on-site at your organisation. We will discuss the Success Program with the Executive Sponsor and stakeholders.
  • Success Plan – During the first month, we will work with your team to build a plan for the program and identify priority areas to focus on. Progress against this plan will be reviewed each Quarter.
  • Adoption Services – Up to 40 days per quarter of consulting time from our team of Adoption Specialists to execute your Microsoft 365 (Office 365, Windows 10, EMS) success plan.
    •  Activities can include but are not limited to organisational change management, communication, training, coaching, advice, and simple configuration using end-user facing components office 365 (for example, PowerBI, PowerApps and Flow). Activity can occur onsite*, remotely via Skype for Business Video, or both
  • Quarterly Review & Roadmap (up to 2 hr workshop) with program stakeholders to review progress over the previous 3 months, and highlight Office 365 product changes that the client could take advantage of
  • Client and Adopt & Embrace Yammer Group – Collaborative space for Success Program stakeholders (up to 20) to engage with our experts across the Adopt & Embrace team at any time
  • Consideration of all our stakeholdeCertified B Corporationrs
    (as a Certified B Corporation we think this is really important)

    • Community – 1% of your investment in this engagement will be donated to Batyr, a for-purpose organisation that focuses on preventative education in the area of youth mental health
    • Environment – carbon emissions from travel required to deliver this engagement will be offset by GreenFleet

What is not included?

  • Development of a high-level design or other documentation beyond documentation of the success program
  • Handouts or other printed material
  • Any projection or display equipment
  • Any demonstration headsets, laptops or other devices to illustrate use cases
  • Any travel or accommodation required for our specialists to attend site will be passed onto you at cost on your next invoice.

What do we need from you?

  • A contact to engage with to help facilitate logistics of the success program
  • A comfortable room for consulting / workshops
  • Access to power for the Adoption Specialist’s laptop
  • Access to HDMI or VGA connection to a projector (or display) for Adoption Specialist’s laptop
  • Guest wireless access with an internet connection
  • At least 5 days notice when booking, subject to availability

 

 

Cancellations / Change of dates

As a small business, we try to be as flexible as we can be to accommodate our customers.  That being said, last minute cancellations and changes to confirmed bookings in our schedule can have a significant impact on our business.  Although cancellations are very rare, date changes do happen from time to time.  We want to make sure you know our policy ahead of time (just in case)

  • Cancellations with at least 30 days notice
    • Cancellation Fee: None
    • Any fees paid will be 100% refunded via the payment method you used, minus any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery

 

  • Cancellations with between 30-15 days notice
    • Cancellation Fee:  We will charge you up to 30% of the total booking + any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery
    • This will be taken from any fees that may have already been paid, the remainder will be invoiced to you

 

  • Cancellations with 14 days notice or less
    • Cancellation Fee:  We will charge you up to 50% of the total booking + any unrecoverable travel bookings or other ancillary costs incurred as part of preparing for delivery
    • This will be taken from any fees that may have already been paid, the remainder will be invoiced to you

 

  • Date changes with at least 14 days notice
    • Change of date Fee:  None (subject to availability of new dates)
    • Note that changes to travel bookings may incur additional charges.  These charges will be passed on to you

 

  • Date changes with 14 days notice or less
    • Change of date Fee:  We will charge you up to 30% of the total booking (subject to availability of new dates)
    • Note that changes to travel bookings may incur additional charges.  These charges will be passed on to you
