We will work with nominated champion/s from within your organisation to identify priority outcomes and skills to configure within the Nuila platform. We’ll then guide you through the process and ensure you and the team are adequately coached over a 6 week onboarding period to ensure a successful Nulia deployment to your workforce. Then we will check in every three months to help you make an impact at scale across your organisation.

In consultation with your IT team, configure the Nulia Works service and deploy it into your Microsoft Teams App store
6 weeks of coaching to assist your Nulia Champion to get your organisation up and running
Regular check ins to see progress against your goals and suggest tactics to improve value
We will work with you to organise licensing for the Nulia Works platform, aligned with the learning goals and your organisations business objectives
